This is a portrait of actor Danny Trejo for The Big Issue. They asked for him to be painted in Chicano style, which is a great opportunity for technicolour doodling.
As the deadline was very short I went straight to painting with Acrylic, using the initial outline as a sketch stage.
Needless to say Danny Trejo's face is a gift for this kind of portrait.
